When can I expect to see results?
ZAOCARE products provide you with essential nutrients from Day 1. Visible results should follow with 3 months of regular use. Since nutrition works deeper than overnight miracles, we recommend patience and consistency.
Can I eat these gummies every day?
Yes, we highly recommend it. Our gummies are intended as a daily dose of essential nutrients for you and taking it consistently will show you results in 80-90 days.
If I miss a day of eating them, can I make up by eating more the next day?
In any case you should follow the recommended dose which is one gummy / one effervescent per day. Don’t worry if you miss a day. Just keep up with it the next day onwards. We recommend to consume the product at the same time of the day to avoid missing the dose.
Should I eat ZAOCARE products before a meal or after?
While you can have these products at any time convenient to you, we recommend having them half an hour after having meal for the best absorption of nutrients. Please note, our Sound Sleep gummies should be eaten before bedtime.
What’s the shelf life of ZAOCARE gummies and effervescent tablets?
ZAOCARE gummies and effervescent tablets are best eaten within 18 months from date of manufacture.

You can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could mail us your order no., registered email ID and contact number using which you place your order or whatsapp us on +91 7383 2426 01. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Fri from 10am to 6pm (except on Public holidays).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free of cost. If you want early shipping, we charge additional charge of Rs 99.
How long does it take to ship?
We deliver your order within 3-5 working days after dispatch in metros. For remainder cities, we deliver within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Will I be notified when my package is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details.

No, however, it only takes a few minutes to set up an account. You can manage orders, invoicing, and order history easily when you have a store account.
