Terms and Conditions for Refund, Return, Replacement and Cancellation:

At Shree Parshwa Nutriscience, we give our 100 percent to convey the best items. By putting in a request through this site you will concur the terms underneath. Kindly remember our approaches endure 15 days. In the event that 15 days have gone by your buy, sadly, we can’t offer you a discount or trade.

Shipping and delivery:

  • We will deliver the products to you in any unspecified area in India at no cost! Transportation inside India is completely free.
  • All orders will be qualified and delivered inside 5-7 active days of order confirmation.
  • Orders taken on weekends or during public festivals will be processed on the upcoming working day.
    Priority charges for the early delivery : Rs. 99

Return policy:

Reasons to accept returns:

  • You can report within 5 days of delivery if the product is
  • Damaged, tampered, broken product or package.
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product post expiration date
  • Missing product

Reasons to reject returns:

  • Opened / Used / Altered product.
  • Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • Return / Replacement is requested after 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Damaged / Missing product is reported after 5 days from the delivery date.
  • Product being returned for any other reason apart from manufacturing defect.

If you want to return the promo code or coupon code applied to purchased product(s):

  • Applied promo code or coupon code can’t be used again.
  • You will get the refund amount paid by you after applying the promo code or coupon code.

You need to follow below simple steps to return the product(s):

  • To return the product(s), please email a return request to customer support at hello@zao.care with the order ID and reason for return.
  • Once we receive a return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product. This will be arranged within 2 working days of raising the return request.
  • We request you to please send the product along with all accompanying material and original packaging.
  • Once we receive the products, we will quickly process the refunds. Please note that if the replacement product is unavailable, we will process a refund.

Refund Policy:

Full refund possible in any conditions as below:

  • Damaged, tampered, or broken product or package.
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product post expiration date
  • Missing product
  • Ordered product is out of stock
  • The shipping address is not deliverable by us
  • Retuned product is found to be in original packaging and not tempered with (in case of product mismatch/post–expiry)
  • You have paid twice for a single order from the same email address.

Please follow below-given steps to get your refund:

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too. In case of Cash on Delivery, the amount will be transferred to the Bank Account and for that you have to email us below details along with your order ID: Full name, Account number, Bank name and IFSC code/Branch name.
  • If more than 15 business days passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@zao.care.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order that has not been shipped yet. You can write an email to our customer support team on hello@zao.care.
  • In such case, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 10 business days after the cancellation request is dually processed by us.
